At the time of your initial consultation, your treatment plan will be established. An official price quote will be explained to you in detail and a copy will be given to you upon the completion of your visit. Often times several quotes will be given in different combinations, depending on your specific needs.

Dr. Tjelmeland's patient coordinator, Sarah Baty, will be happy to discuss payment options that will suit your needs. We accept cash, check, VISA, Mastercard,  Discover and American Express. Dr. Tjelmeland also offers a variety of financing options including Capital One Healthcare Finance, CareCredit and SurgeryLoans.com. Each of these companies offers extended payment plans up to 60 months and the option of having very low interest rates. All possible options for payment will be discussed with you at the end of your consultation visit.
